11-11-11 is a sacred day that offers a high-vibrational portal opening to assist in the evolution of consciousness on this planet. I happened to to have the day off and wanted to find a way to honor this day. Michael was out of town. So, I decided at the last minute to go to one of my favorite places in the world--Harbin Hot Springs.
Harbin is a place that is really in tune with my spirit, both the land and the people. I started going there with Michael in my mid-20's many moons ago. It is only about an hour from my house and yet I am transported by the beauty of nature and the luxury of the warm pools with natural sulphur springs.
When I got there last night there was a full moon. Everything flowed so smoothly for me. I had a delicious dinner and then settled in to watch a cheesy romantic comedy in their theatre. It is really a bunch of pillows that you lay back on to watch a good show. After the movie, I went outside and was immediately transfixed by the full moon. What a gorgeous sight. I went into the warm pool and basked in the rays of the moon.
Then, this morning, I went in the warm pool again and watched the sun rise. I took advantage of this special portal in time meditating and spending time in silence out in the beauty of nature. It was gloriously beautiful. I also took a yoga class there for an hour and a half. It was a relaxing yoga class where we allowed out bodies to lead us and stretched in ways that our bodies wanted to go. It was so great to spend time with my body being grateful for all it does for me. After that, I got a massage. My masseuse was very attuned to my body and opened up my heart chakra and other senses to help be aware of the energy of the day.
I am so delighted to have had such a special day to nurture myself and be grateful for all I have and for this amazing planet we live on. Happy 11-11-11. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
